What's in the soup?

I know I have other topics I need to write about, but I have to put this down before I forget it. You know, one of those funny things the kids say that you swear you'll always remember and don't.

A few weeks ago we sat down to eat some of the yummiest clam chowder this side of the Mississippi. It's from Market Street - I could eat a bowl right now. I told the boys they had to give it a try. They both agreed it was pretty tasty, but Ethan wanted to know what made it so spicy.
I started listing some of the ingredients, "Well there's quite a bit of pepper, there's leeks, (I didn't mention the onions or green peppers, I knew that would make them stop eating it right then and there) and I also put in a little Tabasco."

Ethan stared right at me with a look of dismay, "You put TOBACCO in our soup!"
